Gareggier\u00f2 a Tenero domenica, ma nel salto in lungo. <span id=\"more-1081\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Purtroppo ci ho messo pi\u00f9 del previsto a riprendermi interamente dall\u2019inflenza e non ho dunque potuto allenarmi come pianificato, salta quindi la gara di Bergamo; far\u00f2 invece il lungo domenica a Tenero, con rincorsa ridotta, come allenamento alternativo.<\/p>\n<p>Prima di poter saltare in alto in gara, ho bisogno infatti di saltare a rincorsa intera in allenamento e migliorare le sensazioni in rincorsa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Non mi sono ripresa in tempo dall\u2019influenza e dunque non gareggio a Bergamo domani.
