Nonostante il freddo boia sono riuscita a saltare 185, ottavo posto, a 5 cm dalla Vlasic<span id=\"more-368\"><\/span>, che \u00e9 arrivata sesta, superando 190 al terzo tentativo\u2026<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019inizio gara \u00e8 stato un po\u2019 traumatico: oltre al freddo e al vento, non sono ancora cos\u00ec abituata a gareggiare in uno stadio pieno con le migliori atlete al mondo\u2026 i primi salti, quindi, non mi sono usciti tanto bene perch\u00e9 ero un po\u2019 preoccupata; poi mi sono svegliata fuori e ho fatto due bei salti: uno a 185, superando la misura, e uno a 190, il secondo secodo tentativo che, anche se nullo, era un buon salto. Ora devo lavorare su queste buone sensazioni, cercando di ripetere pi\u00f9 spesso dei salti buoni\u2026 Prossimo appuntamento: Birmingham, sempre Diamond League.<\/p>\n<p>Programma odierno: sveglia alle 5.30, dopo aver dormito s\u00ec e no 4 ore, volo alle 8.50, e oggi pomeriggio\u2026 ufficio e poi allenamento\u2026 Giornata impegnativa, ma tanto il weekend avr\u00f2 tempo di recuperare le energie.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gareggiare ad Athletissima \u00e8 stata una bellissima esperienza!
